Glasshouse Handmade Products is not registered for GST therefore no GST is payable on products.

Refund Policy – Please choose carefully. Refunds are not normally given if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products are faulty, wrongly described or differ greatly from the photo shown. Please send an email if there are any issues.

Glasshouse Handmade Products does not accept responsibility for reactions to product ingredients. Please read the product description to satisfy yourself that it is safe for you to use.

Please note that Information given on this site is general information only as Glasshouse Handmade Products does not claim the medical or therapeutic benefits of any products.

Orders are to be place through the shopping Cart.  Once the order has been submitted I will send you the complete cost of the order including postage.  Please indicate on the Order Form your payment method and I will send you a payment request through Paypal if you are paying by credit card or I will send bank details.if you are paying by direct debit.  Please note that items will not be mailed out until funds are cleared into my account.
Please advise whether you want registered post and the cost will be added to your postage.  Please note that if you do not have registered post, Glasshouse Handmade Products takes no responsibility for your order once it is mailed.

Payment for goods through Paypal - You do not need to be a member of Paypal to make a purchase with your credit or debit card. Glasshouse Handmade Products does not see any of your bank details as payments are processed through the Paypal website.

Shipping - Customers need to pay for postage and packaging before items will be mailed.

Glasshouse Handmade Products has a policy of protecting the privacy of all visitors to this site. Any personal information supplied will be used solely for invoicing and delivery purposes. Any data collected by the webhost will purely be for statistical purposes and will not be passed onto any other party.
